LCHR Support Options

We offer local councils two levels of service. Level one, compliance, give you access to the HR information you need to ensure your council is legally compliant and following good practice. For this level of service there is an annual fee. Level two is a consultancy service, which provides you with the additional HR support you need, when you need for a specific project or issue. There is no annual fee for this service, you just pay a one off fee when you need us.

Level 1: Compliance

Services

• Desktop advice service
  
• Provision of standard documents & employment law/best practice updates
  
• At least two e-newsletters per year

Price

• Hampshire ALC members: £50 per council per year with one employee, with £5 being charged for each additional employee up to a maximum of ten employees i.e. maximum charge £95 per annum.

 

• External: £150 per council per year with one employee, with £20 being charged for each additional employee up to a maximum of ten employees i.e. maximum charge £330 per annum.

Fair play limit on desktop advice service is 10 'contacts' per year. Fee for using desktop advice service after fair play limit exceeded:

• Hampshire ALC members: £5 per 'contact'

 

• External: £50 per 'contact'

 

Level 2: Additional Support

Service

• Consultancy and administrative support for projects and issues. For example we can help with recruitment from sending out, receiving and acknowledging applications to writing job descriptions, person specifications and conducting interviews.

Price

• Consultancy rate:

Half day: £150	Half day: £250
1 day: £250	1 day: £350

 

• Adminstration rate

Hampshire ALC members	External
Half day: £50	Half day: £150
1 day: £75	1 day: £200

 

If travel is required, expenses will be added to the above rates. Mileage will be charged in accordance with HMRC rates.

VAT will be added to all listed prices.
