We understand the challenges that local councils face trying to understand what employment legislation exists and how this applies to the sector, especially as this changes frequently. The purpose of the Employment e-updates is to keep you up to date with legislative changes, which are usually made in either April or October, and explain how these apply to town and parish councils. The aim is to help you make sense of employment law and give you peace of mind that you are compliant.
