If you are coming from Junction 12 off the M3, look for Goadsby's Estate Agent's on the right hand side of the road (after the Shell garage on the opposite side of the road).

If you are coming from the Test Valley, look out for Goadsby's Estate Agent's on the left hand side of the road (after Waitrose on the opposite side of the road).

Please park in the long-stay underground car park in Waitrose (head towards the bottle bank in Waitrose Car Park and you will see the entrance to the underground spaces on the left). Alternatively, please use off-street parking in the area, with due consideration for residents. Once parked in the Waitrose Car Park, walk back onto the main road (Winchester Rd) and towards Goadsby Estate Agents. OUR OFFICE IS BEHIND GOADSBY'S, IN THE SAME BUILDING.

PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE FRYERN ARCADE CAR PARK unless you are staying for less than 90 minutes. This 90 minute restriction has recently been put into place, with a fine of £70 for non-compliance.  The Hampshire ALC cannot be held responsible for visitor parking, and advises research and thought before you set off, to avoid any upset or cost to the individual.
