February e-update
The ALC publishes its monthly e-update today, 3rd February, and is sent to the clerk of all member councils. Keep up to date, keep informed.
Diamond Jubilee
The Hampshire ALC has sent loyal greetings to Her Majesty on the occasion of 6th February 2012 marking 60 years of her reign.
Seasons Greetings!
The Chairman, County Board and staff of the Hampshire ALC wish all involved with our sector, and connected stakeholders, a peaceful and fun Christmas, with sincere hopes of a happy and healthy 2012 for all. The office will be staffed until and including Thursday 22nd December. It will then be closed until Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
Communications with Member Councils
As previously advised, the ALC will be moving to a monthly e.update, with the first being published on or around 13th January 2012, with subsequent editions going out on the first Friday of the month. Clerks can expect then, 12 hefty editions of news, advice and support information.
Internal Audit
The County Internal Audit Service has been suspended for the time being.
If you have any queries relating to Internal Audit that your own provider has been unable to resolve, please do not hesitate to email Hampshire ALC.
Those Parish and Town Councils that were signed up with the service will be contacted directly regarding their Internal Audit provision.
