Chief Executive - Steven Lugg

The Chief Executive is responsible to Hampshire ALC's elected County Directors for the operational management and day to day leadership of the Association. Steven's ongoing goals are:

Company Secretary - Eleanor Greene

The Company Secretary manages the ALC's finances, company governance and is principal financial advisor to the Board of Directors.

 

Member Support Officer - Vendy Treagust

The Member Support Officer is member council's primary contact, and is responsible for running the desktop advisory service in liaison with specialist advisors.

 

Communications Officer - Louise Channell

The Communications Officer is Editor of Local Council News, webmaster to the ALC, maintains the member database and is responsible for the management of the AGM/Annual Report.

 

Development Officer - Kate Rowlandson

The Development Officer is responsible for all activities of the Local Council Development Team, and for all learning and development of individuals, councils and more widely in the sector.  The Development Officer is the Secretary to the independent County Quality Accreditation Panel.

 

Office Manager and Training Support- Emily Collins

The Admin & Training Support Officer works for the CE ensuring the office runs smoothly, and supports the Development Officer in the administration of training and development events.
